Join the movement - June X Salty Club
Because at June we love to be active and we are convinced that exercise should be included in our everyday life, we prepared a little something for you for the month of August ...
In collaboration with the Salty Club, we'll be launching the June X Salty Club movement to encourage you to exercise in your daily life (while having fun!).
Erika and Marie-Christine, the co-founders (as well as the inspiring story teller Caitlin Creeper) of the Salty Club and the Salty Souls, are also two ambassadors from June since our beginnings... It was natural to ask them to join the project and start the movement with us. Once again, our passions for travel and sport align to create something quite exciting!

The concept
Every Monday of August, we will share with you via Instagram, a little workout to do at home (or outdoors) twice a week. The June and Salty teams will also be part of the movement by sharing their workouts on social media! Get ready to move girls!
We want to see you be active! Share your workouts in your Insta-stories using the hashtag #junexsaltyclub for a chance to be our winner…
At the end of the month, we will give away to one of the participants a year subscription to the Salty Club, an online training plateforme by the girls from the Salty Souls, as well as a June swimsuit!
Healthy habits
On top of the trainings, we will be sharing every week a healthy recipe that you can add up to your weekly mean plan. Plus, we’ll also share with you some of our tips to maintain healthy eating habits!
Here are some good ones to start with...
- Make sure to pre-cut your fruits and veggies and store them in the fridge, so whenever you're hungry for a snack, you'll opt for a healthy one since it's ready to eat!
- Water is so important for your body and we never drink enough... To drink more water, we like to infuse some fruits or herbs in it! Berries, watermelon, lime, pineapple, mint.... It'll be yummy we promise!
- Bring your lunch at work! By doing this, you'll make sure you know what you eat and you don't order junk or process food for lunch. Plus, you'll save a lot of money!
- Make a grocery list and stick to it! It's so easy to get influenced by packaging, deals and your hungry stomach when you're shopping for groceries... If you make yourself a list beforehand and stick to it, chances are you'll end up having more healthy food once you get home then if you shop with an empty stomach and no idea what to get!
