Alexandra Carrière

June Swimwear —

Currently living the island life on their very own sailboat, Alexandra and her boyfriend definitely got the travel bug! Exploring the world since few months, they've still got loads of places on their bucket list. Real ocean lover, she's got a crush for every water sport you could possibly think about. What are they looking for during their lifetime adventure ? Feeling free and alive! Well, they definitely makes us dream about our next destination!

JS: What’s your all time favourite June Swimwear style and why?
AC: I would say the Maya bottom for the comfort and little sexy side and the Amber top because he follows me in all my water sports and he always stays at the right place!

JS: Why did you choose to put your ‘’ normal life ‘’ on pause to discover the world?
AC: The desire to see how life is happening elsewhere than in Quebec. How do people live, what do they eat, their daily lives .... And of course, for the beautiful scenery of our beautiful planet!

JS: You’ve traveled to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Tell us which one is your favourite and why?
AC: I am currently in the Bahamas living on my sailboat and I would say that the beaches are beautiful! Let's say that the crystal blue water helps!

JS: We know you love travelling. What’s the next destination on the bucket list?

AC: I started a world tour with my lover on 2017 September 28th. We have a lot of countries on our list but the next might be Cape Town in South Africa.

JS: What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt while travelling?
AC: The lesson I learn the most during long journey is to "let go" and let me be guided by the present moment!

JS: Three things you cannot live without…ready, go!
AC: Water, music and my sweetheart! Oh an little fourth, my tweezers!

JS: What are you listening to now?
Jack Jonhson

JS: Any advice for girls who would like to travel the world but are too scared to leave their comfort zone?
To dive into the life and never look back. Once the process is in place, do not stop because the excuses are too easy to abandon or postpone.
