Is it possible to buy directly at the workshop?

We are open Thursday from 11am to 6pm and Friday from 10am to 4pm. One of our stylist will be on hand so you can find the styles that suits you and your adventure! We are located at 5795 Gaspé Avenue, Suite 205, Montreal, H2S 2X3.

We accept payments by credit card or cash only.

Where can we find your swimwear?

SIZES
What is the appropriate size for my body type ?
You can find the size chart of each swimwear in the product pictures. For clothing, find the size chart at the bottom right of each product page on the online store.

CARE
How do I care for my swimwear?
Over time, salt, chlorine, sunscreen, washer and dryer each cause ware and fading to swimwear material. If you would like to make your swimsuits last as long as possible, we suggest to wash it by hand with a gentle soap after a day of use and hang it in the shade to dry.

SOLD OUT
The style I want to buy is no longer available in my size, what can I do?
It is now possible to be notified by email when your favorite style is back in stock. All you have to do is select the 'Notify me when available' tab on the desired size and enter your email address. You'll be the first to know when it's available!

PROMOTIONS
How to access the newsletter discount?
In order to access the exclusive discount, you must subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom right of the website. An email will be sent to you within minutes of your registration with the promo code offering you 10% off. This discount is applicable only on your first purchase!

Can I combine two promo codes / or a promotion?
Only one promo code can be applied per transaction. It is not possible to apply a promo code in a transaction that already offers you a promotion (for example : a gift with purchase).

ORDERS
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you haven’t received the email yet, you may have an error in your email address. If so, contact us at clientele@juneswimwear.com we will find a solution for you!

Haven't received my package, what should I do?
Still haven’t received your package and the tracking number indicates that it has arrived at your destination? Send us an email at clientele@juneswimwear.com with your order number and we'll find a solution.


How to get free shipping on my order?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for Canada and the United States. International orders get free shipping on orders over $225. It is also possible to pick up your purchase directly at our workshop on Tuesday and Thursday between 11am and 6pm.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
While I was trying my new purchase, I realized that the size I ordered doesn’t fit, how can I return/exchange it?
The satisfaction of our customers is our priority! We accept exchanges done within 10 days. The swimwear must not have been worn and the tags must be attached to the product. You must fill out the return form included in your package and send it back to us:

 I’ve made a purchase on the online store but the size doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it at one of your retailers?
It is not possible to make an exchange at one of our retailers for a purchase made online. But it’s possible to come to see us at the workspace to exchange directly with us. We will be happy to advise you if you aren’t sure between two sizes or styles.

Is it possible to have a refund on my online purchase?
For inventory and logistical reasons, we do not issue any refunds. If you have any questions regarding our policy, it will be our pleasure to give you more information. You can contact us at clientele@juneswimwear.com.


I live outside of Canada, is it possible to exchange an item from my order? 
We cannot exchange items in orders made outside of Canada. In these cases, it will be our pleasure to offer you a merchandise credit without expiration date of the value of your purchase.

I bought my swimsuit on sale, but I would like to exchange it, is it possible?We do not exchange or offer merchandise credit for discounted items, all sales are final.
