Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are fixed and established according to your delivery address, not to the weight.

Québec : 9$ / 2 to 7 business days

Canada : 12$ / 5 to 7 business days

Canada Express:

- Quebec : 20$ / 1 to 3 business days
- Canada : 20$ / 2 to 4 business days

United States : 12$ / 3 to 8 business days

International : 20$ / 6 to 12 business days with Fedex Express

*International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. June Swimwear is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact us prior to placing your order.

****In the case of a shipping discount offer, discount rules only apply to orders received after the discount was created, and cannot be applied after the promotion ends, all times in our time zone.

Returns & warranty

If you need information about our products or if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@juneswimwear.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (except public holidays).

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:

Whether you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is defective, no worries! We will gladly process your return for an exchange or give you an online credit store valid on June Swimwear/boutique. Please note that we do not refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order is placed (including pre-sale orders) it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!

*On sale items are final sales.

Upon reception of your order, you have 7 days to exchange your purchase or return the defective item.

In order to make the return process easier, we ask you to contact us by e-mail at info@juneswimwear.com before sending it back to us. Please mention your name, the invoice number and the reason for the return in the e-mail. We will send you a return authorization number and then, you will be ready to send the package back to us.

Once we receive all the items at our office, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as we can or email you your online credit store. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that shipping fees for an exchange or return must be assumed by the buyer unless we made a mistake. In that case, a refund will be issued on your original payment. 

Worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Hangtags must be attached and be perfectly intact.

Online sales cannot be exchanged or returned at one of our retailers.

Exchange and return procedure:

  1. Fill out the return-form that was sent to you with your order.
  2. Return the unworn and unwashed product with its hangtag perfectly intact. Make sure to include the return-form in your package.
  3. Send it back to:

Canadian exchanges:

We highly recommend carriers that offer a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

U.S. exchanges:

Returns from the United States must be made via USPS only. Packages with custom fees will be refused. All returned articles must be declared  as "Canadian goods return" on the custom declaration. If you forget to do so, the package may be refused and sent back to you.

International exchanges:

All returned articles must be declared as "Canadian goods returns" on the custom declaration. If you forget to do so, extra charges may occur and would then be deducted from your credit note. All package with custom fees will be refused.

*We do not make international exchanges. However, we will gladly create a merchandise credit for you upon reception of your parcel if you are not satisfied with the item your odered.

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

We take good care of looking at every item that we ship to our customers. If one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon reception, please contact us as soon as possible to fully understand our return and exchange procedure. The exchange procedure must be made within 7 days upon reception of your package.

Once we receive the product, we will proceed the exchange as quickly as possible without charging you any fees. In case the item is out-of-stock, we will refund you the same way you paid.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM:

We do our best to keep our inventory full and up-to-date. However, while we proceed your order, it may occur that an item becomes unavailable. In this case, our customer service will contact you by e-mail. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as possible.

Entretien

How to keep your swimsuit in perfect condition through out the summer:

  1. Make sure to always rince it out after a pool day or a surf session. The chlorine and the salt won't do any good to the elastics and pigments of your bikini.
  2. Do not put your swimsuit in the washer or the dryer. The heat will damage your bikini and these are way too harsh on the fabric. Wash your swimsuit by han or leave it to soak in water with a tiny bit of soap for a couple hours and lay flator hang up to dry. 
  3. Do not leave your bikini to dry in the sun. Make sure, after rincing it out, to leave it to dry in the shadow where the sun won't affect the colors. 
  4. Make sure to undo the ties everytime you want to take off your swimsuit. Pulling on it everytime you use it won't do any good to the elastics. 
Don't leave your wet bikini in a ball somewhere. Bacteria will cause the colors to deteriorate and a not so pleasant smell will most likely develop
